Here at The Muddy Merch Co. we offer a wide variety of hat decoration method. In addition to our signature in-house Custom Leather Patch Hats we can also help you decorate any Richardson product with embroidery, sublimation print transfer, PVC patches, and so much more! Whatever your vision, our experienced team can help bring it to life.

Want to see your logo or design come to life on a Custom Leather Patch Hat? Then this is the place for you! All of our Leather Patch hats are decorated here, in house, with high quality authentic leather. Each patch is engraved, cut, prepared and stitched by our talented, detail oriented team.

We want to make the ordering process as easy as possible, while also ensuring you understand all of your options. And there are plenty!

Below you will find a list of some of our most popular Custom Leather Patch Hat options, but just know this list isn't all encompassing. LE'TS GET STARTED
STEP 1
First, ensure you have your logo or design in a black and white vector file (preferably AI, EPS, or PDF). If your file is not Vector, please contact us and we can help!

STEP 2
Get your pen and paper ready! Using the price lists and links below, choose the style, quantity, and color** of hats you want to order.​
NOTE: All custom orders must be a minimum of 6 per style and color. **Product availability is subject to change.
STEP 3
Select Leather: Check out our Leather page to see details on current options. We are here to help if you have any trouble visualizing without seeing the product in person.
STEP 4
Shoot us an email at themuddymerch@gmail.com with the following: A list of hat styles, colors, and quantities, leather choices, and your logo/design in one of the formats in Step 1.
WE WILL TAKE IF FROM HERE!!!
Once your order has been submitted we will contact you to clarify any questions, provide an official quote (which will be a direct reflection of the price list below), and walk you through the process of payment and delivery or pickup. Easy peasy!
